Child Safety Standards

SaiGon Match (package name: saigonmatch.com.vn) is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all users. This document outlines our publicly disclosed standards, policies, and practices to combat Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in compliance with applicable laws, Google Play Store requirements, and industry best practices.

SaiGon Match has a Zero-Tolerance Policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any detected or reported CSAE content or behavior will result in immediate permanent account termination, content removal, and reporting to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

1. Age Restriction & Eligibility

SaiGon Match is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register, access, or use SaiGon Match. We implement the following measures to enforce this requirement:

  • Mandatory Age Declaration: Every user must provide their date of birth during registration. Users under 18 are automatically blocked from creating an account.
  • Age Verification: We reserve the right to request age verification documentation (e.g., government-issued ID) from any user where we suspect the user may be underage.
  • Proactive Detection: We employ automated systems and AI-driven moderation tools to detect accounts that may belong to minors based on profile content, stated age, and behavior patterns.
  • Immediate Action: If we detect or are notified that a minor is using the app, their profile and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted immediately, and the incident will be logged for safety purposes.

2. Prohibited Content & Behavior (CSAE)

We maintain an absolute prohibition on all content and behavior that constitutes or facilitates Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sexualized Content Involving Minors: Any visual, written, or audio content that depicts, describes, or suggests sexual activity involving a minor (any person under 18 years of age).
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any images, videos, or other media depicting the sexual abuse of a child.
  • Sexual Solicitation of Minors: Grooming, sextortion, inappropriate communication with minors, or any attempt to solicit sexual content or contact from a minor.
  • Sexualized Depictions of Non-Real Minors: Any AI-generated, computer-generated, illustrated, or animated child sexual abuse material.
  • Links or References: Sharing links, resources, or instructions for accessing CSAE content or connecting with minors for sexual purposes.

3. Content Moderation & CSAE Detection Systems

SaiGon Match employs a multi-layered moderation approach to detect, prevent, and remove CSAE content:

  • AI-Powered Moderation: We use automated NSFW image and text moderation systems that scan all uploaded profile photos, posts, comments, and chat media. These systems are trained to detect potential CSAE indicators and flag them for immediate human review.
  • Pre-Screening of Media: All images and videos uploaded to SaiGon Match are scanned before being published. Content flagged as potentially violating our CSAE policies is blocked from upload automatically.
  • Human Moderation Team: Flagged content is reviewed by trained human moderators who make final determinations regarding policy violations.
  • Hash-Based Detection: We use industry-standard hash matching (e.g., PhotoDNA or equivalent) to detect and block known CSAM content.
  • Keyword & Pattern Monitoring: Our systems monitor chat messages, profiles, and public content for predatory language patterns, grooming indicators, and solicitation attempts.

4. User Reporting Mechanisms

We provide accessible and confidential reporting channels for users and the public to report concerns about CSAE content or behavior:

  • In-App Reporting: Every user profile, post, comment, and chat message includes a "Report" button that allows users to flag content for review. Reports can be made anonymously.
  • Direct Contact: Users and third parties can report CSAE concerns directly to our dedicated safety team via email at supportsaigonmatch@gmail.com with the subject line "CSAE Report".
  • Report Handling: All CSAE reports are treated as highest priority. Our team acknowledges receipt within 24 hours and takes action within 48 hours.
  • Reporter Protections: We protect the anonymity and confidentiality of reporters to the fullest extent permitted by law. We prohibit any retaliation against users who report in good faith.

5. Enforcement Actions & Consequences

Violation of our CSAE policies results in the following escalating consequences:

  • Immediate Account Termination: Any detected or confirmed CSAE violation results in permanent, irreversible account termination without warning.
  • Content Removal: All content associated with the violating account is permanently removed from our systems.
  • Device & Identity Ban: We employ device fingerprinting and identity tracking to prevent banned users from creating new accounts.
  • Law Enforcement Reporting: We report all confirmed or suspected CSAE incidents, including CSAM content and grooming behavior, to the appropriate law enforcement authorities (including but not limited to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), local police, and relevant international agencies) as required by applicable law.
  • Data Preservation: When CSAE is detected, we preserve relevant account data, logs, communications, and metadata to support law enforcement investigations and legal proceedings.

6. Legal Compliance & Reporting to Authorities

SaiGon Match complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety, including:

  • United States: Compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. ยง 2258A.
  • European Union: Compliance with the GDPR and the Audiovisual Media Services Directive (AVMSD) regarding child protection.
  • Vietnam: Compliance with the Law on Children 2016, Law on Cybersecurity 2018, and Decree 147/2024/ND-CP regarding online content management and child protection.
  • International: Cooperation with international law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations as required by applicable treaties and mutual legal assistance frameworks.

7. Safety Features for Users

SaiGon Match provides the following safety features to protect all users, particularly vulnerable individuals:

  • Block & Mute: Users can block or mute any other user they feel uncomfortable with. Blocked users cannot view profiles, send messages, or interact in any way.
  • Report Function: Accessible reporting from every content type and user profile.
  • Privacy Controls: Users can control who can view their profile, send them messages, and see their location.
  • Content Filters: AI-driven content filtering that blocks potentially harmful or inappropriate content before it reaches users.
  • Safety Notifications: Users receive safety tips and reminders about responsible online behavior and reporting options.

8. Notice to Users & Parents

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 18 is using SaiGon Match without your knowledge:

  • Contact us immediately at supportsaigonmatch@gmail.com with the subject line "Child Safety Concern".
  • Provide the username, profile details, or any identifying information about the account in question.
  • We will investigate promptly and permanently delete the account and all associated data within 48 hours.

To users: If you encounter any content or behavior that makes you feel unsafe, or if you have concerns about child safety, please use the in-app report feature or contact us directly at the email address above. Your reports are taken seriously and handled with confidentiality.

9. Policy Review & Updates

We review and update our Child Safety Standards regularly to align with evolving legal requirements, industry best practices, and emerging threats. Users will be notified of material changes via in-app notification or email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was most recently revised.
